Lakers Injury Report: 2 Key LA Role Players Out Vs Chicago
The Los Angeles Lakers will be without two of their key role players against the Chicago Bulls with both Cam Reddish and Gabe Vincent out due to injury.
Reddish is dealing with a sprained right ankle. The small-forward is averaging 6.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists through the 2023-2024 season, his first with the Lakers.
Reddish had just come back from a hamstring injury that sidelined him for three games, but now is dealing with an ankle issue. It's unclear how long Reddish will be out, but his next chances to return are against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday or the Houston Rockets next Tuesday.
Vincent is still out after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left knee that will require him to miss at least six to eight weeks. The former Miami Heat guard has only been able to play in five games this season because of his knee injury, and has played just one game since October. When Vincent has been available this season, he's averaged 5.4 points, one rebound and three assists for the Lakers.
The Lakers could also be without Anthony Davis and LeBron James against the Bulls, with both Davis and James listed as questionable ahead of tonight's game. With the Lakers looking pretty banged up and shorthanded, they'll need rest of their roster to step up to avoid falling to the Bulls.
