Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star guard Darius Garland has exited the team’s ongoing contest with your Los Angeles Lakers due to a neck injury. 

This is a critical loss for Cleveland, who depends on Garland greatly to keep the offense going and lacks depth at the point guard position. 

Currently, the Lakers trail towards the end of the 4th quarter in spite of Garland's absence, as they've struggled to take care of the basketball (12 turnovers).
