Lakers Injury Report: LA May Miss 2 More Starters Vs Clippers

The Lakers may be without two of their best players.

Ahead of your Los Angeles Lakers' third matchup againat the LA Clippers this season, the team will be without superstar forward LeBron James or reserve Gabe Vincent, who’s been out most of the season dealing with a left knee effusion.

The attendance problems don't end there, though, as the team's two best defenders, Jarred Vanderbilt and Anthony Davis, have both popped up on the NBA’s latest injury report.

Vanderbilt (heel) is dealing with the same nagging injury that caused him to miss a couple of weeks to start the season. He hasn't recently been popping up on reports which is interesting, as it suggests that the injury could've been re-aggravated at some point recently.

Davis (Achilles) has also been dealing with the same injury for some time. Unlike Vanderbilt, however, Davis not only hasn't missed time due to this injury, but has been popping up on every injury report as of late, but has been playing in spite of that.

Both players are listed as probable, suggesting they'll be playing tonight. That said, the presence of Vanderbilt seemingly out of nowhere is something to keep an eye on as a cause for concern going forward.
