Join us, won't you?

Your 27-25 Los Angeles Lakers have been linked to practically every player who's been put on the trade market ahead of today's noon season deadline. Now, with a shade over an hour left, it's time to track all of the relatively minor moves behind made today.

Check out All Lakers Podcast experts Noel Sanchez and Noah Cameras as they unpack the last hour of pre-NBA trade deadline deals, kicking off live from our studio right now:

LA clearly could use an upgrade over oft-injured point guard Gabe Vincent, as well as some wing defender insurance with forward Jarred Vanderbilt having been in and out of the Lakers' lineups this year.

But the Lakers have also been linked with players who might cost considerably more draft equity than the team has at this juncture. Would team president Rob Pelinka really want to punt on a pretty healthy season out of 39-year-old All-Star forward LeBron James, the league's oldest player, in the interest of even more star chasing? We've seen how poorly that can go. James also has a player option on the final year of his deal next season, meaning the 20-time All-Star and four-time champ and league MVP could become an unrestricted free agent should he so choose.
