At this point in the 2023 season, how can you not love Austin Reaves?

Most of the time, a player of his caliber that went un-drafted and finds his way to a franchise like the Los Angeles Lakers has a couple of solid games with some big highlights and becomes a fan favorite for a bit before getting packaged up.

This is clearly not the case with Reaves. In the Lakers' first-round series that they just finished up in six games, he played the third most minutes amongst his teammates with 36 and averaged a smooth 16 points, five assists and shot 34% from three.

Let's also not forget his game one performance on the road in which he was the go-to player in the fourth quarter and capped off a 23-point outing with an "I'M HIMMMM" exclamation point!

Talk about confidence... Reaves shares the floor with two future hall-of-famers in LeBron James and Anthony Davis and they have enough trust to let the second-year guard go to work.

Even though this first round victory over the number two seed was great, Reaves has since assured that the job is long from being finished. LA has yet to find out if they will face the Golden State Warriors or the Sacramento Kings in the semi's but both squads will pose different problems.

However, number 15 had to shed some insight on his viral clip where he was celebrating his game one performance and revealed his "Him" Mount Rushmore.

He started off with LeBron James and Stephen Curry for "obvious reasons" and then also threw in another teammate along with Nuggets star big man Nikola Jokic.

"I got to go with AD," said Reaves. "Once again, obvious reasons, but the way he stables our defense is crazy. Other than that, probably Jokic. He makes everything easy for everyone."

Reaves then shared his list for all-time players.

"Mj, Bron, Kobe... that's so tough," said Reaves. "Probably Magic."

We cannot wait to watch this young stud for the rest of the playoffs!
