Who's going to be the 14th member of the Lakers active roster?

The Los Angeles Lakers have constructed a nice roster at the start of Free Agency, and a lot of that has to do with the magical work of Lakers GM, Rob Pelinka.

With re-signing key players and letting go of some components that are no longer needed, Pelinka has formed a pretty nice supporting cast for Anthony Davis and LeBron James.

Could there be anyone else joining the LakeShow?

According to The Athletic's Jovan Buha, the Lakers "are targeting a big man" for their 14th roster spot.

But what kind of big-man could the Lakers be considering?

Bleacher Report's Joe Tansey has suggested a handful of candidates for that 14th roster spot, but feels that this player needs to be someone who does not require starting minutes.

"[Players like] Christian Wood is the best center left on the market, but he obviously would not fit with Los Angeles because he would require starting minutes," Tansey writes.

Keep in mind, just because they are considered the 14th member on the roster does not mean that would be their place on the depth chart.

This player needs to be someone who can help support Anthony Davis and allow him to get a breather when he needs it, someone who can crash the boards and protect the rim while AD is off the floor.

While the Lakers have released Tristan Thompson, there is the idea of bringing him back. But of course, probably best to explore other options too.

Bol Bol is another player that Tansey has suggested that could possibly fit this criteria.

Recently released by the Orlando Magic, Bol Bol averaged 9.1 points and 5.8 rebounds per game last season, and with development still in progress, I think this would be a fun task for Lakers Assistant, Phil Handy, to take on.

Other players mentioned were Bismack Biyombo and Willy Hernangomez.

Who exactly would you like to see join the Lakers on a limited role?
