The schedule for your Los Angeles Lakers' first round playoff matchup against the Western Conference's second-seeded Memphis Grizzlies has been unveiled, per Dan Woike of The Los Angeles Times.

Following a brutal stretch (including yesterday's hard-fought play-in game victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves) wherein they played eight games across 14 days, LA will get a rest-heavy initial playoff run.

All told, LA will only have to suit up for four games over the ensuing 13 days. This should give the team's three leading scorers plenty of time to rest their sore lower body ailments, which threatened to potentially hold out all of them yesterday.

This comparatively light schedule should help a team led by future Hall of Famers LeBron James and Anthony Davis, two 30+ year-olds with significant postseason mileage already accrued in their storied pro careers.

Los Angeles will be treated to a five-day reprieve until Sunday's first game of the series, followed by a three-day gap until the second contest, on April 19th, and another three-day break until the third bout, set for the 22nd, when the series will relocate to Los Angeles.

The rest of the series is going to have quicker two-day turnarounds, all the way through a hypothetical seven-game schedule.
