Even last year, Golden State Warriors reserve swingman Andre Iguodala wasn't really a significant part of the club's playoff rotation en route to its fourth title during its Stephen Curry/Klay Thompson/Draymond Green/Iguodala era.

This season, which the 39-year-old vet has already stated will be his last, he has barely been able to see the floor either in the regular season or the postseason, though that's been due more to injury than anything else.

Iguodala has not been able to suit up for the Warriors at all during his club's ongoing best-of-seven second round series against your Los Angeles Lakers. He continues to recover from a left wrist fracture, which he incurred on March 13th.

Now, it appears that he may be nearing a return at last. Per Golden State, the 6'6" wing will be able to step up his on-court exertion, and the team anticipates that he will be able to join his fellow Warriors for practices next week.

Will Golden State, currently trailing Los Angeles 2-1, even long enough for the 2015 Finals MVP (who won that honor over Curry in large part due to his surprisingly terrific two-way play against then-Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James) to make his 2023 playoff debut? Time will tell.
