Lakers News: Bronny James Updates Timeline On Making College Choice
The high school hoops world has been waiting for some time for one of the biggest names in Bronny James to decide where he will be continuing his basketball career and it appears that will still be the case a while longer.
A common knock on Bronny is that he is only getting the noise around him and opportunities because of his father's name and from a marketing standpoint, that could be true. What company wouldn't want to partner with the son of arguably the greatest basketball player of all time?
However, Bronny proved in his senior season that he is a legit Division 1 talent and that he has an NBA future in my eyes. He just participated in the McDonald's All-American Game and Nike Hoop Summitt but despite ranked among the top 30 in his graduating class, he is one of the few that hasn't announced his college commitment just yet.
Oregon, USC, and Ohio State have been named the Young Prince's final options. Forbes magazine's Adam Zagoria reported that a source close to the family revealed that he will be making his choice soon and to keep an eye out for it.
"I’m sure he will make his decision real soon."

From what we've seen so far, Bronny has been well-prepared for whenever he engages with the media. He carries himself in a humble manner and has expressed that he wanted to focus on finishing his final year at Sierra Canyon and completing these camps before announcing a commitment.
Nonetheless, either of these three universities will benefit greatly from landing the son of a four-time NBA champion. They will be welcoming in one of the top point guards in the nation and will garner tons of national attention like never before. Bronny could be the final piece one of them needs to make another serious March Madness run.
