If the sprawling tent set up outside Crypto.com Arena is any indication of Kobe Bryant's statue then it is going to be one large, private tribute.

ESPN's Dave McMenamin posted a photo of the tent and if one looks closely toward the back left of the covering, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's statue stands.

The Los Angeles Lakers will unveil the statue immortalizing the late Bryant on Thursday afternoon with a ceremony beginning at 3:30 p.m. PST.

Due to chaotic recent weather in Los Angeles, the public will not be able to attend the ceremony or see anything in person until Friday morning. However, the ceremony will be broadcast on SportsNet LA.

Only a select few know what the statue looks like. The organization has done a spectacular job of keeping the secret under wraps.

The statue, whatever it looks like, will honor one of the best to ever wear a Lakers uniform and will memorialize him forever.
