Lakers superstar LeBron James, one of the greatest basketball players of all time, has expressed his immense pride in his son, Bronny James, who recently announced his college decision. Bronny, who attended the prestigious Sierra Canyon high school, has committed to playing basketball at the University of Southern California (USC) next season.

Bronny made his decision last week via Instagram, and his father spoke to Lakers reporter Mike Trudell after Game Three and expressed his happiness toward his son.

LeBron has supported his son's basketball journey from the beginning, and this latest development is no exception. In fact, LeBron took to social media to share his excitement and pride, saying,

This is a big moment for Bronny, who has already established himself as a promising young talent in the basketball world. He was a McDonald's All-American and has been touted as one of the best high school players in the country. Going to USC is a significant milestone in his career, and it will give him the opportunity to continue developing his skills and competing at a high level.

Interestingly, the four-time MVP himself did not go to college. He went straight from high school to the NBA, where he quickly became one of the most dominant players in the league. However, he has always been a strong advocate for education and has emphasized the importance of staying in school and pursuing one's dreams.

The four-time champion has been an incredibly influential figure in Bronny's life, both on and off the court. He has instilled in his son a strong work ethic and a passion for the game, while also teaching him essential values like humility, respect, and integrity.

As Bronny prepares to embark on this new chapter of his life, he can count on his father's unwavering support and guidance. And LeBron, for his part, can take pride in knowing that his son is following in his footsteps, not only as a basketball player but as a young man who is committed to excellence and driven to succeed (even though James wants him to be an NBA player).
