Lakers News: How To Watch First Matchup With James Harden-Era Clippers
With Halloween in the rearview, your Los Angeles Lakers are set to do battle against the "visiting" Los Angeles Clippers tonight at both clubs' mutual address, Crypto.com Arena downtown.
For those of you who won't actually be in attendance, presumably so you can recover from your candy hangovers in the privacy of your own homes like respectable people, there are a variety of ways you can tune in for the action. James Harden is technically now a Clipper, his desired outcome this past summer while with the Philadelphia 76ers (but presumably he'll sign a new deal with LA over the summer and immediately demand to be traded somewhere else, as is his custom), but it's looking unlikely that either he or P.J. Tucker will suit up just yet.
This is a mega-LA fest, so Lakers fans will be extra-covered tonight. The matchup will be broadcast nationally on ESPN. The Lakers' home broadcast will be shown on Spectrum SportsNet (and its new streaming sister site Spectrum SportsNet+, for the cord-cutters among us), while the Clippers' commentators, if you have an interest in that sort of thing, will be viewable on Bally Sports SoCal. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. PT, with Spectrum pregame at 6 p.m.
