Lakers News: LA to Trot Out Undefeated Starting 5 vs Spurs
As the Lakers look to take on the lowly (11-45) San Antonio Spurs, Darvin Ham will turn to a familiar starting 5.
The undefeated group of D'Angelo Russell, Austin Reaves, LeBron James, Rui Hachimura, and Anthony Davis will be making its 6th start in a row, when healthy. Built on size and offense, this group has added life to the Lakers brought confidence to fans that a big second-half of the season could be on the horizon.
Coming off of a loss to the Golden State Warriors that LeBron was out for, LA needs a win badly as they look to avoid not just the play-in, but the single elimination portion of the play-in where they would have to win two straight games – one (possibly both) of which will likely occur against the Suns, Mavericks, or Warriors, with a best case scenario of being the 8th seed.
Expect a lot of effort from LA as they look to bounce back.
