Lakers News: Latest On Fan Injured During Half-Court Attempt In LA Game

Hopefully, no more incidents occur.

During your Los Angeles Lakers' recent home game against the Houston Rockets, one fan was injured while attempting a half-court shot. Right after the shot attempt was made, the fan quickly started limping and fell to the floor.

This led to people wondering what happened, and if they had sustained a serious injury.

But thankfully, everything came back clean and the fan just had a poorly timed tweak, per Dave McMenamin of ESPN:

This is great news for everyone, and we are all glad that the fan is okay. It was a scary moment for a minute there, especially when they grabbed their leg in pain.

Hopefully, the fan will get another chance to take the shot attempt. And if they do, maybe they can make the shot attempt this time around.

Fans were given a great game afterward as the Lakers took down Houston in a close contest. Star forward LeBron James put on a show, per usual, and LA closed out the Rockets with a one-point victory.

We can only hope that there are no more fan-related incidents the rest of the season and that it's all good fun moving forward.
