Lakers News: LeBron James' Son Shines in Notre Dame Debut
LeBron James has been able to take a step back these past couple of weeks as the Los Angeles Lakers entered training camp and preseason with much better vibes compared to the past couple of years.
LA has a roster that seemingly has depth in every major area needed. Even just watching these preseason games, it's clear that in the fourth quarter when all of the rookies finish out the matches, there is still plenty of potential and skill on the floor.
James revealed during Lakers media day that one of the biggest reasons he opted to return for Year 21 instead of retiring was because of how much his kids inspire him. Bronny James, his eldest son, is currently in the midst of a rehab process ahead of his freshman season for the USC Trojans.
However, Bryce James is also working his way up the hoops ladder as well as he opted to transfer from Sierra Canyon High School and after some uncertainty regarding where he would land next, he announced his enrollment at Notre Dame High School.
Bryce is just 16-years-old and will be preparing for his junior season. This is around the time that players of his age group begin to take part in camps and even early training combines that NBA and college scouts attend.
He recently made his debut for Notre Dame and showcased a versatile skillset that included smooth finishing at the rim and crafty ball-handling.
Take a look for yourself!
It has been rumored that Bryce has already grown to 6'6 and could continue stretching out. He still has two years of high school basketball ahead of him to develop and we could very well see him take a huge leap soon!
