Lakers News: Starters Revealed For LA-Houston Part 2

The action returns to the City of Angels tonight!

The starting lineups are in for your Los Angeles Lakers and the detestable Houston Rockets just in time for their Sunday night rematch tonight, slated to start at 6:30 p.m. PT in Crypto.com Arena. Fans can tune into the action on Spectrum SportsNet, Spectrum SportsNet+ or FuboTV.

Questions had lingered about the availability of superstar power forward LeBron James, who had been questionable with a left calf contusion heading into the night. LA will be able to employ his services after all, along with those of maximum-salaried center Anthony Davis, who had been probable to play through linger left adductor/hip spasms. 

The future Hall of Famers will be joined by point guard D'Angelo Russell, shooting guard Cam Reddish, and small forward Taurean Prince.

Hot off a 106-100 In-Season Tournament loss to the Los Angeles Clippers Friday, the Rockets seem likely to trot out the same starting five they employed there. $81.4 million man Fred VanVleet will quarterback the action at the point, former No. 2 draft pick Jalen Green will start at shooting guard, LeBron James irritant Dillon Brooks will continue to irritate LeBron James in a bit of small forward-power forward cross-matching chicanery, Jabari Smith Jr. will jump at the four spot, and breakout big man Alperen Sengun will jump center.
