Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James continues to make NBA history, and at this point, he may just be showing off.
James is in his 21st NBA season, and he somehow is still going strong.
The Western Conference All-Star starters were announced a short while ago, and James was among them.
This marks his 20th straight appearance in the All-Star game,

With the selection, James also surpassed legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most All-Star game appearances in history. It's quite an accomplishment for a kid from Akron, but it's what we've all come to expect from James.

James is an All-Star starter for the 20th straight year – a streak that began in 2005, his second NBA season. He is set to play in his 20th All-Star Game, extending his record.

The only season that James didn't make the All-Star team in either conference that he was playing in was his rookie season. He has been the definition of consistency since he entered the NBA, and it's been impressive to watch.
We've never seen a player like James before, and he has made aging look effortless. Most players can barely play past 10 seasons, and he is making the All-Star game as a starter in his 21st.
He has broken record after record during his time in the NBA and is still looking to make his mark on the game today.
The superstar has played in 40 games this season for the Lakers, averaging 24.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game. James has looked great while on the floor, and the Lakers have benefitted from his playing time.
While Los Angeles itself still has some work to figure out on the year, James has been the steady presence in the lineup. He will continue to lead the way for this team, and the hope is that they can put it all together to make a run at another title.
