Lakers: Mo Bamba Posts Hilarious Instagram Reaction To Trade

The 3-and-D big man will make his LA debut soon.

Your Los Angeles Lakers' front office, led by team vice president of basketball operations Rob Pelinka, made a flurry of moves in the days (and weeks!) leading up to this year's NBA trade deadline last Thursday.

The team's depth surrounding LeBron James and Anthony Davis has been totally adjusted, and so far, the early returns are pretty darn exciting.

Quickly after discovering he had been dealt to LA, former Orlando Magic 3-and-D reserve center Mo Bamba hopped onto Instagram for a pretty clutch Photoshop job:

How did the man get to a U-Haul lot so soon after discovering he had been dealt?

Well, it turns out he wasn't actually renting a moving van for himself at the time.

"I swear on everything that that picture was just divine timing and I had no idea that I would be traded," Bamba told ESPN LA. "And it appears as if I kind of had my things ready to go, but the U-Haul was actually for my mom, she needed help moving some things."

Bamba is in the midst of a four-game suspension, due to an on-court altercation with Austin Rivers. He just sat out his third consecutive game last night, a 109-103 win over the Golden State Warriors. He could thus make his debut as soon as Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers.
