Lakers News: How To Watch Austin Reaves, Team USA's World Cup Game Against Team Jordan Wednesday

Can they go 3-0 in knockout play?

Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Austin Reaves and the rest of his Team USA comrades will look to go 3-0 in knockout play as their FIBA World Cup sojourn resumes.

Hot off two straight double-digit blowouts (a 99-72 demolition of New Zealand on Saturday and a 109-81 massacre of Team Greece on Monday), LA will square off against another club in their Group C bracket, Team Jordan (a program that sports zero active NBA players), on Wednesday morning. Local Lakers fans may need to wake up pretty darn early (or, alternately, stay up pretty darn late) to catch the action live.

The matchup, which will transpire in Manila, Philippines, will tip off at 1:40 a.m. PT on ESPN2. It will subsequently be available on demand for rewatches at your leisure on ESPN+.

LA's 6'5" third-year swingman out of Oklahoma is averaging 13.5 points, six assists, and 3.5 rebounds off the bench for Team USA, and he continues to make a good impression on his starry teammates (particularly All-Star guards Anthony Edwards and Tyrese Haliburton) and coaches (the team is led by Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, while Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra seems to be next in line to take over when Kerr steps down).
