ORLANDO - The biggest question going into the NBA Trade Deadline for the Orlando Magic is whether or not the team will deal fifth-year big man Mo Bamba.

Bamba, 24, could help many teams add depth in the frontcourt going into the playoff stretch. And the Magic has struggled to find playing time for him given Jonathan Isaac's return and Moe Wagner's resurgence.

That's why Bleacher Report has curated a trade idea that would send Bamba, along with Terrence Ross, to the Brooklyn Nets for Joe Harris.

Harris is shooting 44.7 percent from three in the last month and could help the team's perimeter scoring. He becomes a free agent following the 2023-24 season and is projected to make just over $19 million. That would make Harris the highest-paid player on the Magic payroll next season, confirming that the team has money it can spend.

Bleacher Report also lays out a scenario where Patty Mills is sent to the Magic in the deal as well in order for the Nets to avoid spending more tax dollars. If that were to be the case, the Magic would likely request a draft pick from the Nets and buy out Mills once he arrives in Orlando.

This trade may not yield the biggest return the Magic could possibly get for Bamba and Ross, but it gives Orlando some value for players likely to walk in free agency at season's end.
