1. THE MAGIC ARE DOING SOMETHING, SAYS MOE WAGNER

"In its 73rd game a year ago, the Magic defeated the Golden State Warriors to pick up its 20th win of the season. To put it in perspective, it took this year's team 23 less games to reach that mark.

"And really put the league on notice that the Orlando Magic are doing something and going in a direction means a lot to these guys," Wagner said.

2. LOCAL PHENOM STAYING IN ORLANDO FOR NBA DRAFT?

"I want to thank my mom and brothers Tyler and Jamal," Hendricks told ESPN. "Also, UCF and Coach Johnny Dawkins for pushing me to develop my game and help get me where I am now. Also, I want to thank the lord for ordering my steps through this whole journey."

3. KLAY THOMPSON HONORS FALLEN COWBOYS TE GAVIN ESCOBAR

Escobar was a native of the same city Thompson is — Rancho Santa Margarita. The former Cowboy tragically passed away in a rock-climbing accident in September of last year.
