NBA Mock Draft: Magic Gets Pair of Lottery Pick Guards

The Orlando Magic could add two more talented players to its deep roster this summer in the NBA Draft.

ORLANDO - The Orlando Magic has a chance to make a lot of noise in the NBA Draft this summer with two potential lottery picks.

The team has its own pick, projected to have the sixth-best odds for the No. 1 selection. On top of that, Orlando owns the Chicago Bulls' pick as part of the Nikola Vucevic trade from two years ago.

In CBS Sports' latest mock draft, the Magic takes a pair of guards in Baylor's Keyonte George and Arkansas' Anthony Black.

"The efficiency with which George produced at Baylor as a freshman leaves a little to be desired but the 19-year-old combo guard has the shot-making to be one of the best pure scorers in this class," CBS Sports writes. "Lots of promise here with his playmaking, too, and though he was turnover-prone, there's room for him in time to grow into one of the best guards in this class."

And then with the No. 11 pick, Black is the best prospect on the board for the Magic to take.

"If Black makes it to No. 11 on draft night, then I think you'd have to take him here regardless of roster situation," CBS Sports writes. "He's a connector-type prospect with a big frame who plays selflessly. Defends multiple positions, extremely savvy, does a little of everything that affects winning."

With the Magic already deep with young talent, adding two players into the fold and giving them playing time could be a problem. However, it's a good problem to have.
