ORLANDO - The Orlando Magic is celebrating its first victory of the team's four-game road trip after beating the Los Angeles Clippers Saturday afternoon.

Despite trailing by eight points going into the fourth quarter, the Magic came back thanks to a 13-3 run over five minutes.

Wendell Carter Jr. scored six of his 27 points during that run, a crucial boost Orlando needed to pull ahead. Carter Jr. also grabbed 12 rebounds for another double-double Point guard Markelle Fultz also shined, dropping a team-high 28 points for Orlando.

The Clippers were led by All-Star Paul George, who scored a game-high 30 points in the loss.

The Magic was also able to grab a win in a tight game, something the team has struggled to do throughout the season. On Thursday, the team lost a three-point affair to the Phoenix Suns, but found some sort of redemption with the victory today.

While the Magic remains four games back of the play-in tournament, a win like this boosts morale and keeps those faint playoff hopes alive.

The Magic will stay in Los Angeles tonight ahead of its final matchup on the four-game homestand against the Los Angeles Lakers. Tipoff is scheduled for tomorrow night at 9:30.
