Magic Starting 5: Moe Wagner Coming Back?

The Magic Insider lists five of the biggest NBA storylines in addition to relevant Orlando Magic news and analysis.

In this story:

1. RE-SIGN MOE WAGNER?

"Orlando may not always need him to man the middle, but when it does, he delivers. He made 18 starts for the Magic this season and averaged 13.7 points and 6.8 rebounds with a 50.9/34.4/85.7 slash line in those contests," Bleacher Report writes. "He won't break the bank wherever he signs, which is probably reason enough for the Magic to bring him back. He could have some suitors, so he's not an absolute lock to stay, but more likely than not, he'll stick around."

2. JI TO MAVERICKS?

"Isaac may never be able to stay healthy, but his ceiling remains high. He's exactly the kind of dynamic havoc-wreaker the Mavs defense lacks. When fit, he can plug holes all over the floor and disrupt opposing offenses with his length," Bleacher Report writes.

3. KINGS DOWN WARRIORS, FORCE GAME 7

The Sacramento Kings live to fight another day after beating the Golden State Warriors 118-99 in Game 6 at Chase Center to force a winner-take-all game on Sunday.

4. SECOND ROUND BEGINS

The second round of the NBA playoffs begins as Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns travel to Mile High to face Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets.

Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. EST on TNT.

5. NBA DRAFT LOTTERY COUNTDOWN

The Magic is 18 days away from the NBA Draft Lottery, where it will be revealed if Orlando will have the opportunity to take Victor Wembanyama with the No. 1 overall pick.
