Noted Dallas Mavericks fan Patrick Mahomes led his Kansas City Chiefs to a Super Bowl LVIII victory over the San Fransisco 49ers, his third title in five years.

Patrick Mahomes led the Kansas City Chiefs to a thrilling 25-22 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday night in Las Vegas. It was Mahomes' third championship in five years.

With the Chiefs officially becoming a dynasty, Dallas Mavericks fans can only hope that Luka Doncic is inspired by what Mahomes is accomplishing. Mahomes is a well-known Mavs fan, and he has been seen at several games in Dallas rooting on Doncic and company.

In the win, Mahomes passed for 333 yards and two touchdowns – one of them being the walk-off game-winner in overtime. He also ran for 66 yards. Mahomes continues to show the world that he's the greatest player in football.

Doncic's Mavs have won four consecutive games and are coming off a 146-111 drubbing of the Oklahoma City Thunder. After making impactful trades for P.J. Washington and Daniel Gafford, Dallas' title hopes have been given a boost.

With the NFL offseason now underway, we'll see if Mahomes ends up at a few more Mavs games in the near future to help cheer on Doncic, who is hoping to become a championship-winner player sooner than later.
