Injury Report: Denver Nuggets vs Minnesota Timberwolves
The Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves face off tonight in a battle for the first seed of the Western Conference. Both teams have some very important names listed on their injury reports, too.
The Nuggets have four players listed on their injury report: Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Vlatko Cancar, and Zeke Nnaji. Nikola Jokic is probable with lower back pain and left hip inflammation, Jamal Murray is questionable with right knee inflammation, Vlatko Cancar is out with left knee surgery, and Zeke Nnaji is out due to right adductor tendinosis.
The Minnesota Timberwolves have five players listed on their injury report: Anthony Edwards, Rudy Gobert, Karl-Anthony Towns, Jaylen Clark, and Nashen Dix. Anthony Edwards is questionable with low back spasms, Rudy Gobert is questionable with a left rib strain, Karl-Anthony Towns is out with a left meniscus tear, Jaylen Clark is out due to a right Achilles tendon rupture rehab, and Nashen Dix is out due to a G League two-way.
Whoever wins tonight's game will have sole possession of the first seed in the Western Conference. Currently, the regular season series between both teams is tied 1-1, too. The final game between both teams is on April 10, and that's when the tiebreaker will be decided as well. The Nuggets are fresh off of a rare loss against the Phoenix Suns, so it'll be interesting to see if they rise to the occasion tonight.
