The Denver Nuggets are set to face the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday night, and both teams have extensive injury reports.

For the Nuggets, they will be without Vlatko Cancar, Collin Gillespie, Jay Huff, and Braxton Key. Aaron Gordon is probable for Denver, and Jamal Murray is questionable. For Chicago, they will be without Lonzo Ball, Zack LaVine, Justin Lewis, and Onuralp Bitim. Torrey Craig is probable for Chicago, and Alex Caruso is questionable.

The Nuggets snapped a rare three-game losing streak on Monday night in their win over the Atlanta Hawks, and they will look to build off that in this game against the Bulls. Chicago remains one of the NBA’s biggest disappointments, which has been the story of the last few seasons. Expected to blow up this core at some point this season, the Bulls are simply not a good team right now, sitting at 9-15. That said, this is still a team with some talent, which means the Nuggets will have to approach this game with the right mindset.

If Murray is unable to play, Denver will have to rely more on Jokic and the others, which is something they have had to do more than they hoped to start the season. This is of course not to say that Jokic and his supporting cast are incapable of stepping up, as they most certainly are, but Murray has unfortunately been in and out of the lineup quite a bit this season.
