The Denver Nuggets and Dallas Mavericks face off tonight in a battle of heavyweights. One where the winner gets possession of the third seed.

The Nuggets have eight players listed on their injury report: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Vlatko Cancar, Aaron Gordon, Jay Huff, Braxton Key, Jamal Murray, Jalen Pickett, and Hunter Tyson.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is questionable due to concussion protocol, Vlatko Cancar is out due to left knee surgery, Aaron Gordon is probable with a right heel strain, Jay Huff is out due to a G League two-way, Braxton Key is out due to a G League two-way, Jamal Murray is probable with bilateral ankle sprains, Jalen Pickett is out due to a  G League assignment, and Hunter Tyson out due to a G League assignment.

The Dallas Mavericks have five players listed on their injury report: Josh Green, Richuan Holmes, Kyrie Irving, Maxi Kleber, and Dereck Lively II. Josh Green is out due to a right elbow sprain, Richaun Holmes is questionable due to a non-COVID illness, Kyrie Irving is out due to a right heel contusion, Maxi Kleber is out due to a right small toe dislocation, and Dereck Lively II is out due to a left ankle sprain.

Both the Dallas Mavericks and Denver Nuggets have been winning as of late, and tonight's battle should be a very fun one. Even though Dallas is missing Kyrie Irving, it hasn't stopped them from winning games.

The Denver Nuggets and Dallas Mavericks face off tonight at 9:00 p.m. EST.
