Spending time with the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers last season, 2017 second round pick Davon Reed had an opportunity to be teammates with LeBron James and Nikola Jokic. Asked about that experience in a recent Prometey Basketball Club article, Reed said the following:

"To start with, LeBron is my favorite player. Just to see him and, actually, be his teammate in an unreal moment. And again, just to see his attitude and approach to work – when he comes first, just working out constantly to get better. In each and every game he will to win. He is so physically gifted and, within 20 years, he is amazingly motivated! That is unbelievable thing to see it on my own. So, I am very glad that I could be in the presence of two players of MVP-level – LeBron James and Nikola Jokic - during one season."

Still just 28 years old, Reed's favorite player is LeBron James, which made the experience of being his teammate very cool. Also getting to play with Jokic, Reed will be receiving a championship ring for his time spent in Denver last season. Having appeared in 35 games for the Nuggets last season, Reed did not finish the season with them, but will be eligible to receive a ring for his contributions during that stint with the NBA champions.
