Injury Report: Denver Nuggets vs San Antonio Spurs
The Denver Nuggets desperately need to start winning games and they're going against the one team to help them do that - the San Antonio Spurs. Denver has a few unexpected names listed on their injury report tonight.
The Nuggets have six names listed on their injury report tonight: Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, Reggie Jackson, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Vlatko Cancar. Nikola Jokic is probable with lower back pain, Jamal Murray is out due to a right hamstring strain, Aaron Gordon is probable with a right heel strain, Reggie Jackson is probable with lower back pain, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is probable with a right ankle sprain, and Vlatko Cancar is out due to left knee surgery.
The San Antonio Spurs have five names listed on their injury report: Dominick Barlow, Charles Bediako, Sidy Cissoko, Sir'Jabari Rice, and Blake Wesley. All five names listed on San Antonio's injury report are out due to being in the G League.
If there's one team that's been struggling recently, it's been the Denver Nuggets after losing four out of the last five games. If there's another team that's been struggling more than the Nuggets, it's the San Antonio Spurs who are currently on an 11-game losing streak. Both of these teams should be desperate entering into tonight's game, but only one team has a two-time NBA MVP.
The Denver Nuggets and San Antonio Spurs face off tonight at 8:00 p.m. EST.
