Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray was dominant in the Western Conference Finals vs. the Los Angeles Lakers. Averaging 32.5 PPG in the series on 52% from the field, Murray became the first player in NBA history to average at least 30 PPG on 50/40/90 splits in the Conference Finals.

Murray was the perfect co-star alongside Nikola Jokic, who won Western Conference Finals MVP. With shotmaking, rebounding, playmaking, and timely defensive plays, Murray truly did it all for the Nuggets in the Conference Finals, helping lead them to a place they have never been before.

The Nuggets are now awaiting the completion of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics to find out who they will be playing in the NBA Finals. Denver will likely be favored regardless of their opponent, as they have shown a level of dominance that has many believing they are finally ready to break through as NBA champions.

With Nikola Jokic playing like the best player in the world, and Jamal Murray elevating his game to new heights, Denver is an absolute force. Murray reaching this level is especially impressive considering the injury he overcame.

Making history in the Western Conference Finals, Murray and the Nuggets are not satisfied. This is a team that wants to win a championship, and will only be content with that outcome this postseason.
