Denver Nuggets star point guard Jamal Murray was listed as probable for Thursday night's game vs. the Brooklyn Nets, but he has now been upgraded to available. This will give Denver their star duo of Murray and Nikola Jokic, which has been so successful together over the years.

Murray has dealt with different injuries this season, with the most recent being his ankle, so it's great to see him available and in the starting lineup for Denver in this one. The Nuggets have been trying to catch the Minnesota Timberwolves atop the Western Conference, but it has been tough with key players like Murray in and out of the lineup.

If the Nuggets are able to string together a stretch of good health, there is no reason they cannot run down the Timberwolves and take over the top spot in the Western Conference. The Nuggets proved last season just how dominant they are when healthy, and they are trying to reestablish that dominance again this season.

The Nets will be a tough test for Denver on Thursday night, because while they are not the super team they were with Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving, they have a lot of good players who play as a team.

With Murray back in the mix, Denver will look to pick up another win on Thursday night.
