Luka Doncic's Honest Statement After Lakers-Nuggets

On Wednesday night, the NBA world was hoping for a heavyweight showdown between the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets.
Unfortunately, LeBron James, Nikola Jokic, and Jamal Murray were all unavailable for the game. Luka Doncic, however, was available, and he put on a show.
In 32 minutes, Doncic put up 31 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists on 48/44/70 shooting from the field. At one point, he even put up 21 points in the first quarter.

While Doncic has only been on the Lakers since February, it seems like he's already found a new home with the franchise. As the season has progressed, it seems like the likelihood of him leaving Los Angeles is growing slimmer and slimmer.
"It just feels like getting into a new home," Doncic said. "Coming here, trying to build a new home and I'm getting more and more comfortable."

With the loss, the Denver Nuggets are now tied 2-2 in the regular season series. It was a game Denver actually needed to win, considering that they're tied in the standings. Now, the Nuggets no longer hold the tiebreaker.
