The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Denver Nuggets on Saturday night on a game-winning jumper from MVP candidate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. It was an incredible shot that secured a 118-117 win for OKC, but it came after a missed call that could have changed the outcome of the game.

The NBA has released their Last Two Minute Report for this game, and it includes a massive missed call with 1:11 remaining in the fourth quarter. As Gilgeous-Alexander drove to the basket and missed a layup attempt, Nuggets guard Christian Braun was whistled for a foul that the NBA now says was incorrectly called.

"Braun (DEN) avoids initiating any illegal contact with Gilgeous-Alexander (OKC) during his drive to the basket and shot attempt," the league wrote in their explanation of that play.

This gave Gilgeous-Alexander two free throws in a game that was decided by one point. The Thunder star made both, and went on to make the game winner.

While there are missed calls throughout the course of a game that do not get included on the Last Two Minute Report, this was undeniably a massive missed call in a game that was decided by one point. The Nuggets still had their opportunities to close this one out, but the game could have ended up much different if that missed call on Braun's contest was correctly ruled a no-call.
