Looking to avenge their loss to the Houston Rockets just a few games ago, the Denver Nuggets came out with a much better approach on Wednesday night than they did in their last game vs. Houston. Nikola Jokic was especially dominant in the game, finishing with 32 points, 15 assists, and 10 rebounds on 63.2% from the field.

This was the third time in Jokic's career he posted a line of at least 30 points, 15 assists, and 10 rebounds on at least 60% from the field, which is the most in NBA history. Jokic had previously been tied with Magic Johnson and Wilt Chamberlain, who each had two such games with this stat line, but the Nuggets star broke that tie with his performance on Wednesday night.

The Nuggets needed this from Jokic, as Jamal Murray was limited to just 22 minutes in his return from injury, and Aaron Gordon was still sidelined. Jokic has shown the ability to step up and turn in these types of performances whenever called upon to carry a bigger offensive load.

The best passing big man in NBA history, Jokic holds several records for centers when it comes to his passing, but as this latest stat shows, he regularly appears on historic lists that aren't exclusive to one position. This was a big game for Jokic, and a big win for Denver.
