The Denver Nuggets have released their injury report for Saturday night's game vs. the Los Angeles Lakers, and reigning Finals MVP Nikola Jokic is not listed, meaning he is available to play. The Nuggets are trying to regain their spot atop the Western Conference, and while the Minnesota Timberwolves have offered little help, Denver is just one game back of that top spot.

Jokic has had his way with the Lakers in his last several matchups against them, as has his co-star Jamal Murray. Listed as questionable for this game with an ankle sprain, Murray's final status has not yet been determined, but Jokic is good to go.

This battle of star duos between Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, LeBron James, and Anthony Davis is one of the best anywhere in basketball, and it never seems to disappoint. While Denver has regularly gotten the better of the Lakers in recent matchups, Los Angeles does seem to hang tough.

The defending champions for a reason, the Nuggets have often executed better down the stretch of their games vs. Los Angeles, which has led to their overall success in these games. That said, the Lakers are always dangerous, especially with the way LeBron James has been playing recently.

This game should be a fun one between two Western Conference rivals who both have a lot to play for.
