Nikola Jokic's Injury Status vs. Utah Jazz Revealed /

The Denver Nuggets are facing the Utah Jazz on Saturday, and superstar center Nikola Jokic is being listed as probable with a right arm contusion. The probable listing means that Jokic is expected to play, but he is being listed on the injury report.

Denver enters this game one game back of the first place OKC Thunder. Remaining in pursuit of the top spot in the Western Conference, Denver has a great opportunity to grab the first seed. While there is no easy first round opponent in the Western Conference, the Nuggets would love to have home court advantage as deep into the postseason as possible.

The Utah Jazz are on the outside of the play-in picture entering this game, and will likely remain there. Utah hung around the bottom of the play-in tournament bracket for most of the season, but the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors have separated themselves as the teams likeliest to finish 9th and 10th.

While Utah is not a team that projects to make the playoffs, they still have some talented players that Denver will have to be prepared for. Sitting at 7-3 in their last 10 games, the Nuggets have been playing solid basketball, and will look to keep that going in this matchup vs. Utah.

The Nuggets and Jazz will tip-off at 6:00 PM PST.
