The Indiana Pacers and Denver Nuggets are set to face off on Tuesday night in an exciting match up, but star guard Tyrese Haliburton has been ruled out for this game. The Pacers have released their injury report, and Haliburton is listed as out due to left hamstring strain, injury management.

The Pacers recently acquired Pascal Siakam from the Toronto Raptors, and will have him available for this game against the defending champions. This is a big game for both teams, as the Nuggets are trying to chase down the top seed in the Western Conference, while the Pacers are looking to climb firmly into the Eastern Conference playoff picture.

Having dealt for Siakam, Indiana certainly has their sights set on a playoff run, but they have to secure a spot in the top-six first. The play-in tournament of course is for seeds 7-10, and Indiana currently sits in a tie with the Miami Heat for the 6th seed in the Eastern Conference. This makes every game a big one for the Pacers, and this matchup against the Nuggets is no different. The Eastern Conference is very competitive, but Indiana has a real chance to make some noise this season.

As for Denver, they will look to win their third-straight game, currently sitting just a half game back of first place entering play on Tuesday night.
