WATCH: LeBron James and Nikola Jokic Share Viral Moment at All-Star Game

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has been doing this a long time

Selected to his record-setting 20th NBA All-Star game, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is no stranger to All-Star Weekend. While sitting on the bench with Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic, who was selected to his 6th All-Star Game, James joked about what his first All-Star Game appearance was like:

"It was me, Wilt Chamberlain, Bob Cousy, Dr. J... that was my first All Star Game back in '68"

While James isn't quite that old, he did play with some long-ago retired legends in his first NBA All-Star Game. When James is retired, players like Jokic will be able to say they played with him in the All-Star Game, which will certainly be a cool story to tell.

All-Star Weekend produces a lot of these very cool moments, as opponents get together as teammates for one game out of the year. Jokic and James of course saw each other in last year's Western Conference Finals, when the Nuggets defeated the Lakers in four games, and could very well see each other again in this year's postseason.

With the Lakers hovering around the play-in picture again, and Denver hovering around the top of the Western Conference again, there is certainly a path to these two teams having a playoff rematch this postseason. There is of course a long way to go before that would happen, and for now James and Jokic are enjoying some time off before getting back to the regular season grind.
