Nikola Jokic has been dealing with an injury, but you wouldn't know it based on his performances on the court. Despite the greatness, Jokic has actually been dealing with a wrist injury.

On Friday night, Nikola Jokic opened up about the wrist injury, mentioning that he's gotten used to dealing with the pain when he shoots the ball.

"Hopefully it's going to be a little bit better, just so I don't feel it every time when I shoot," Jokic said. "But it's good. I'm used to it, dealing with the pain. It's kind of normal for me."

Play through the injury, Nikola Jokic put up 32 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block on 46% shooting against the Minnesota Timberwolves. In his last 10 games, Jokic is putting up 26.9 points, 12.1 rebounds, and 7.3 assists on 55/30/83 shooting. What's most surprising though, is that Nuggets head coach Michael Malone said that he was surprised Jokic actually played against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

"I was surprised he played tonight, to be quite honest," Michael Malone said. "His wrist has really been giving him a lot of trouble, and Nikola is a guy who plays through a lot of things that most guys wouldn't play through."

Despite Jokic's dominance, the Denver Nuggets have lost their last two games and are back in the 3rd seed. The team is clinging onto health as Jamal Murray recovers, with a tough game against the Cavaliers next. Denver should seriously consider resting Jokic and just accept the third seed for the playoffs.
