The Indiana Pacers have added a big man to help bolster their frontcourt.

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, the Pacers have signed 7-foot-2 center Moses Brown.

Brown has been added to the Pacers' roster after the team endured significant injuries to its frontcourt early this season.

It's unclear what type of role Brown will serve, but if he is given a chance, he will likely back up Myles Turner. The Pacers are amongst the bottom in total rebounds and blocks this season.

Brown was recently with the Westchester Knicks before he was waived in late October.

The 25-year-old has had quite the journey thus far in the NBA after he went undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft out of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

The New York native spent one season at UCLA and finished the season averaging 9.7 points and a team-leading 8.3 rebounds. He ranked fourth in the Pac-12 Conference with 1.9 blocks per game, was named to the Pac-12 All-Freshman Team, and was an honorable mention for the conference's all-defensive team. After the season, he declared for the NBA draft.

Brown initially joined the Houston Rockets and played in one game for the team in the 2019 NBA Summer League. Prior to the start of the season, Brown signed a training camp contract with the Portland Trail Blazers.

After a full season with the Trail Blazers, he signed a two-way contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder and played for their G League affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue. During his time there, Brown was named to the All-NBA G League First Team and the All-NBA G League All-Defensive Team.

After one season, Brown bounced to the Dallas Mavericks and has struggled to find a place to call home. After his stint in Dallas, he's gone to the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Los Angeles Clippers, the New York Knicks, the Brooklyn Nets, back to the Trail Blazers in 2023, and was last with the Westchester Knicks at the start of this season.

Brown was named a McDonald's All-American in 2018, becoming the school's first player to garner the honor since Kenny Anderson in 1989. Brown earned MVP honors in the Ballislife All-American Game and led his school to a CHSAA's semifinal.

The 25-year-old will look to find a home with the Pacers, who could use all the help they could get.
