BREAKING: Zion Williamson, Herb Jones Status For Pelicans-Rockets, 11/10
HOUSTON - UPDATE: Zion Williamson will play tonight against the Rockets, according to beat reporter Christian Clark.
The New Orleans Pelicans (4-4) make a trip to visit their Gulf Coast rivals, the Houston Rockets (4-3). Both teams will open their In-Season Tournament game schedule at Toyota Center on Friday, Nov. 10. However, Houston will have a sizeable advantage if Pelicans stars Zion Williamson, Herb Jones, and CJ McCollum won't play in tonight's tilt. Each player were still on the team's injury report at 12:30 PM ET.
On Wednesday, without Zion, Herb, and CJ, New Orleans were helpless against a potent Minnesota Timberwolves team. The Pelicans lost 122-101 in the process and fly into H-Town with a rising squad from Houston ready to do damage without the NOLA trio on the floor.
