New Orleans will be holding its breath as forward Zion Williamson's injured left leg will be evaluated by physicians on Wednesday. He left Monday's game versus the Lakers after an uncomfortable landing while scoring his 40th point. Coach Willie Green initially told reporters it was a "left-leg soreness." Later, Shams Charania reported that Zion Williamson has a left hamstring injury.

In a road game on Apr. 11, New Orleans defeated Sacramento 135-123. The Pelicans have swept the Kings in the 2023-24 season series, 5-0.
