Since the All-Star break, Detroit Pistons Cade Cunningham has strung together multiple impressive performances. Following another dominant outing Thursday night, he joined elite company with his all around play.

After suffering three straight losses, the Pistons faced off against the Brooklyn Nets, looking to get back in the win column. Thanks to multiple standout performances, they were able to secure a 118-112 victory.

Cunningham led the charge for the Pistons in this win. In 38 minutes, he posted a stat line of 32 points, five rebounds, and 11th assists. During the game, he became the sixth-fastest player 2,500 career points and 800 assists. Other players to do so in as many games includes LeBron James, Luka Doncic, Allen Iverson, and Oscar Robertson.

After the game, Cunningham was asked about this impressive milestone. He was thankful to join such elite company, and thanked everyone around him for helping him along the way.

"All glory to God, man. That's the main thing. The training staff. Everybody that helps keeps me healthy," Cunningham said. "My support system just cheering me on, encouraging me and being there for me in dark times. My teammates/coaches. I'm just thankful."

After playing just 12 games last year, the former No. 1 pick has bounced back in a big way this season. Aside from a minor stretch of absences in January, Cunningham has been a nightly fixture in the lineup for Monty Williams. In the 52 games he's appeared in, the young guard is averaging 22.4 PPG, 4.1 RPG, and 7.5 APG.

Even though the Pistons aren't fighting for a playoff spot, Cunningham is still keeping the team competitive on a nightly basis. His production has gone up since the All-Star break, averaging 24.9 PPG, 4.5 RPG, and 7.6 APG.
