Raptors Look for Bounce-Back Win Against Pistons: Where to Watch, Injuries, & More
The Toronto Raptors will look to get back on track Sunday against the Detroit Pistons: Where to watch, injury reports & more
In this story:
The Toronto Raptors will welcome the Detroit Pistons to town Sunday evening for a 4 p.m. ET tipoff at Scotiabank Arena.
Where to Watch
TSN and the FAN 590 will air the game for Toronto. Bally Sports Detroit and 950 AM will call the game for Detroit.
What to Watch For
- The Raptors have been the NBA's third-worst first-half team this season and so far there have been no obvious explanations as to why they've struggled so much early in games. That can't continue to happen, especially against a lackluster Pistons team. Toronto needs to shake loose of its early issues and snap this trend as soon as possible.
- OG Anunoby is expected back after missing time with a right index finger laceration. It'll be interesting to see how his finger impacts his shooting stroke. While his defense shouldn't be impacted much, Toronto needs his three-point shooting to help space out the offense.
- It's too early to be worried about Gradey Dick's long-term future, but his 8-for-36 shooting from three-point range this season is leaving a lot to be desired. Toronto drafted Dick to be a sharpshooter and considering the dearth of three-point shooting on the roster, the Raptors need better.
Injury Reports
Anunoby is officially listed as probable for Toronto. Thad Young and Christian Koloko are both out.
Bogan Bogdanovic, Jalen Duren, Joe Harris, and Monte Morris are all out for Detroit. Killian Hayes and Isaiah Livers are questionable.
Game Odds
The Raptors are -9 point favorites with an implied win probability 78%. The total for the game is 220.5.
