The Toronto Raptors will have a chance to get back to .500 for the season on Sunday afternoon when they take on the Charlotte Hornets at 1 p.m. ET.

Where to Watch

Sportsnet and TSN 1050 will air the game in Toronto. Bally Sports Charlotte and 102.5 The Block will broadcast for Charlotte.

What to Watch For

  • The Hornets may not be very good on paper but they've been 9-9 since the All-Star break with the sixth-best defense in the NBA over that stretch. It shouldn't be too difficult to grab a pair of wins, but overlooking the Hornets could be a grave mistake for Toronto.
  • Scottie Barnes has been phenomenal lately, especially early in games where he's struggled in the past. He's staying aggressive, scoring early, and using his playmaking chops to get others involved. Regardless of how this season ends, Barnes' development is at the forefront of Toronto's success.
  • Toronto will clinch a play-in berth with a victory. The Raptors remain tied with the Atlanta Hawks for the eighth play-in spot and a full game up on the Chicago Bulls in 10th.

Injury Reports

Gary Trent Jr. is questionable to play for Toronto. Dalano Banton and Will Barton are probable to play. Otto Porter Jr. is out.

Charlotte will be without LaMelo Ball, Terry Rozier, and Cody Martin. Dennis Smith Jr., P.J. Washington, and Kelly Oubre Jr. are all questionable. Gordon Hayward is doubtful.

Game Odds

The Raptors are -13.5 point favorites with an implied win probability of 90.5%. The total for the game 223.
