The Toronto Raptors may be catching the Milwaukee Bucks at the perfect time.

It’s been a rough couple of games for the Bucks who have somehow managed to drop two in a row to the Washington Wizards and Memphis Grizzlies despite having a healthy Giannis Antetokounmpo available in both games.

But the Bucks may not be quite as fortunate Friday night having listed both Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard as questionable to play against the Raptors.

Antetokounmpo is dealing with a left hamstring injury while Lillard continues to work his way back from a right adductor strain that’s kept him sidelined for three straight games.

The Bucks have also listed Patrick Beverley as questionable with a right ankle sprain while MarJon Beauchamp is doubtful to go against Toronto.

The Raptors may have a few of their rotation players back against the Bucks, with RJ Barrett and Kelly Olynyk off the injury report and set to return Friday. Gary Trent Jr., Bruce Brown Jr., and Ochai Agbaji are all listed as questionable to play.

Toronto was down to just eight active players on Wednesday night when the Raptors lost by a franchise-record 48 points to the Minnesota Timberwolves. It’s possible Toronto could have 13 players available against the Bucks.

A three-game lead over the Memphis Grizzlies for the sixth-worst record in the reverse standings has given Toronto some breathing room over the final week and a half of the season. A win over the Bucks on Friday would be unlikely to impact Toronto’s draft lottery odds come this summer.
