The Houston Rockets are on pins and needles as the NBA Draft Lottery takes place tonight. After finishing No. 2 in 2021 and No. 3 in 2022, the Rockets hope to finally secure the No. 1 pick that will allow them to select generational talent Victor Wembanyama.
