Houston Rockets vs. Cleveland Cavaliers Preview: How to Watch, Injury Reports, Lineups, More
HOUSTON -- The Houston Rockets (31-35) have found a late-season groove, which has resulted in the team winning six of their previous seven games. And Saturday evening, the Rockets will be in a great position to extend their winning streak to five during an interconference match against the Cleveland Cavaliers (42-24).
The Rockets took a 135-119 blowout victory over the Washington Wizards Thursday night. Jalen Green led the Rockets in scoring with a season-high 37 points on an efficient 15 of 23 shooting and eight rebounds. But Green's production against Washington was a small sample size of his exceptional play amid Houston's ongoing push toward the Play-In Tournament.
"He has had some really balanced games," coach Ime Udoka said. "To take it back even further, he had a stretch of three double-doubles in a row. He had a triple double. I would not say his best overall game of the season. He has had a lot of balance games, scoring and passing the ball. But He had another good one."
The Cavaliers are entering the Toyota Center after a 116-95 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans.
