Houston Rockets vs. Phoenix Suns Preview: How to Watch, Injury Reports, Lineups, More

The Houston Rockets will continue their seven-game homestand Wednesday night against the Phoenix Suns.

HOUSTON — The Houston Rockets (15-13) will continue their seven-game homestand Wednesday night against the Phoenix Suns (14-15) inside the Toyota Center. The Rockets will try to keep their impressive home record alive following a 123-117 defeat to the Indiana Pacers Tuesday night.

Alperen Şengün followed up his career performance with a team-best 30 points, 16 rebounds, five assists and four steals. But Şengün's play inside the Toyota Center did not come close to Tyrese Haliburton, who finished with 33 points, 10 assists, and six rebounds.

Fred VanVleet finished with 18 points, nine assists and four rebounds. Tari Eason came off the bench and added 16 points and eight rebounds in the loss.

However, the Suns are desperate to end a three-game losing skid that became embarrassing during their Christmas loss to the Dallas Mavericks. Phoenix allowed Luka Dončić to finish with a game-best 50 points.

Kevin Durant is leading the Suns in scoring, averaging 30.3 points on 51.8 percent shooting from the field.

Rockets center Alperen Sengun shoots against Phoenix Suns center Jock Landale (11) in the second half at Toyota Center.
